At Soul Customs, every product is carefully crafted just for you. Since each item is custom-made and personalised according to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we stand behind the quality of our products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement, repair, or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Important Notes

  • Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
  • Slight variations in colour, placement, or design may occur due to screen differences and the handmade/custom nature of our products. These are not considered defects.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun.
