How long does it take to make?

Most pieces are crafted and shipped within 7 to 10 days. If you are ordering for a specific date, add it at checkout and we will confirm.

What do I need to upload?

A clear photo (face visible, good lighting) or the text/name you want embroidered. We accept JPG, PNG, and PDF. If you are unsure, our team will guide you.

Can I see a preview before it is made?

Yes. We send a digital preview of your design within 48 hours of ordering. Production only starts once you approve it. .

Will the embroidery fade over time?

No. Unlike print, embroidery is woven into the fabric. It does not crack, peel, or fade. Wash as normal.

What if I am not happy with it?

We work with you until the digital preview is exactly right before we start crafting. If the finished piece differs from the approved preview, we will make it again.

Do you ship across India?

Yes. We ship to all major Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. Free shipping on every order.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes. At checkout there is an option to add a personalised message card at no extra cost.
